Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy for our Grand Canyon tours: Cancellation Policy: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc. Failure to show up for the tour without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your payment.
